3. Why This Warning Is Provided

Proposition 65 establishes notification requirements that differ significantly from federal product safety regulations.

A Proposition 65 warning does not mean that a product is unsafe, defective, or prohibited from sale.

Rather, the law requires businesses to provide warnings whenever exposure to certain listed chemicals may exceed California’s conservative regulatory thresholds.

Many automotive replacement parts, performance products, and aftermarket components sold throughout the United States display Proposition 65 warnings regardless of whether actual exposure presents a significant health risk under normal conditions of use.

Accordingly, the presence of a Proposition 65 warning should not be interpreted as an indication that a product violates any federal or state safety standard.

· a guarantee that every product sold by GSC Tuning requires such warning.

8. Customer Responsibilities
